Detroit Lakes Baker Started Business Making Cannabis Chocolate Bars

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — A baker from the Detroit Lakes area, has been working for the past 2 years on baking up chocolate bars with a twist.

Cassie, the owner of Infused Moods Edibles, has been working on making a variety of chocolate bars with cannabis.

The bars are aimed to help consumers with sleeping, pain relief, appetite, and mood stabilizing.

While the chocolate bars are not on shelves and still are in the testing phase, Cassie also has been educating people on the importance and therapeutic effects that cannabis can have.

“I really want to provide the experience for people of of just eating a normal dessert then having that added effect of that medicated ..feeling,” said Cassie.
