Jamestown Police investigate terrorizing incident in Leapaldt Park

JAMESTOWN, N.D. (KVRR) — Jamestown police respond to a terrorizing incident at Leapaldt Park just before 6:00 this evening.

It happened in the 1500 block of 9th Avenue Northeast

Police say an intoxicated Native American man came up to two men and two juveniles and told them to leave.

He then fired at least two rounds from a handgun into the victims’ direction.

Once police arrived, a perimeter was set up. No one was injured and the suspect still hasn’t been located.
