Demolition Work Begins on Former The Biltmore on Main and O’Kelly’s Complex

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The former complex that housed The Biltmore on Main and O’Kelly’s is starting to come down.

The entire structure at 3800 Main Avenue in Fargo is being demolished.

The city approved the permit just last Monday.

Both businesses closed on August 31.

The Gateway Auto Group purchased the property a couple of months ago for an expansion.

Gateway currently has a number of locations in the metro including Gateway Chevrolet Cadillac which is about four blocks from the demolition site.

The company has not yet revealed its exact plans for the property, but it currently has a number of vehicles parked on the lot.
