UPDATE: Arrest Made After Threat Investigation at Casey’s on Main Avenue in West Fargo
WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A West Fargo man is arrested for making threats on Sunday afternoon at Casey’s at 901 Main Avenue East in West Fargo.
Police took 35-year-old Christopher Moran into custody today on two counts of felony terrorizing.
They say Moran is known to the department and called the threats a hoax.
The incident remains under investigation.

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Police respond to a report of a threat at Casey’s at 901 Main Avenue East in West Fargo.
Officers arrived around 1:40 this afternoon to investigate.
They determined that the threat was a hoax and identified a suspect who is known to the department.
Police did not say if that suspect was questioned or taken into custody.
They say there is no active threat to the Casey’s or to the public.
