Empower Fitness Invites People To Work On Fitness Goals

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — It’s the beginning of the new year and Empower wants to help people working on their fitness goals.

They held an open house this afternoon at 1620 1st Avenue North in Fargo.

The space invites people at all levels to work on themselves.

The mission of the facility focuses on empowering members’ minds, bodies, and souls.

Unlike other gyms, the space also houses two furry animals who bring joy and comfort.

The owner says that with their mission, people will be able to take that first step into their new year goal.

“You know we get so hard on ourselves I mean it’s oh it’s already January 2nd. I miss the start date, January 1st is over you know. It’s like it’s ok, you know you don’t have to start at a certain time. It’s just getting your foot in the door and starting. Like come find our community and you’ll want to be here more,” said Elle Feist, Owner and Head Weight Lifting, Somatic, and Breathing Healing Coach at Empower Fitness.

Empower will be hosting introductory classes on January 15 for people just starting on their fitness goals.
