#ProBison: Trey Lance Starts Cowboys Regular Season Finale; Dallas fall to Washington 23-19

ARLINGTON, TX (KVRR) –Former NDSU Bison quarterback Trey Lance got the start in the regular season finale for the Dallas Cowboys Sunday. The Cowboys lost 23-19 to the Washington Commanders to end the season 7-10.

Trey Lance ended the game 20-for-34, 244 yards, no TDs and no INTs. He also added 26 yards on the ground with six rushes.

Fellow Bison alum, running back Hunter Luepke, ended the game with 15 yards on the ground across three rushes.

The Cowboys declined Lance’s fifth-year option, and he is in the final year of his contract.
