Intersection of University Drive and 32nd Avenue South in Fargo to close on Wednesday

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A busy intersection will close this upcoming week in Fargo.

University Drive at 32nd Avenue South will close on Wednesday as construction continues on Phase 2 of Segment 3 of the reconstruction project.

The short-term closure is expected to last about three weeks.

It will allow crews to safely complete essential underground utility work.

The closure is part Fargo’s multi-year effort to modernize infrastructure, enhance safety, and improve overall traffic flow through this key corridor.

A public open house on the last round of the project will be held Tuesday from 11:30 to 12:30 at the Dr. James Carlson Fargo Public Library.
