Tasty of Philly Brings Crowds Of People To Try ‘Authentic Cheesesteak’

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The much-anticipated restaurant Taste of Philly finally opened its doors Friday morning, ushering in a crowd of hungry people.

The franchise location run by Tim Brown on 13th Ave S. in Fargo had many people clamoring to get a bite of cheesteak for themselves.

Nationwide, Taste of Phillly has over 20 locations, with plans to expand more in the future.

Brown says the biggest thing Taste of Philly wants to bring to the table is authenticity.

“Our goal is to be as close to as what you eat in Philadelphia and I think we’re probably the closest down here. So it’s duplicate in what they make in that city. There are rolls and everything,” said Tim Brown, Partner at Taste of Philly.

The current locations are primarily in Colorado and Arizona – but Brown feels that any state could be fair game.
Except maybe Pennsylvania.
