Rep. Fedorchak’s First Act In Congress? Celebrate NDSU Bison Football
WASHINGTON, D.C. (KVRR) — “What a tradition of exellence. This shines such a bright light on our state. I like to talk a lot about American energy dominance. Well this right here is North Dakota football dominance”, said Rep. Julie Fedorchak, Republican from North Dakota.
Rep. Julie Fedorchak introduces her very first piece of legislation and it’s a resolution honoring NDSU Bison football’s historic achievement.
The team won its 10th national championship in 14 years last Monday.
Fedorchak says the resolution highlights their accomplishments on the field, the support of the university’s dedicated coaching staff and fans, and the significance of this achievement for the state of North Dakota.
She is in her very first few days in Congress after having served on the PSC in North Dakota for the past 12 years.
