Jamestown Man Arrested For Alleged Crimes in 2024

BARNES CO., N.D. (KVRR/KFGO) — A Jamestown man is facing several charges stemming from a number of incidents that allegedly occurred in Barnes County last year.

33-year-old Spencer Elliott is facing one count of felony gross sexual imposition, seven counts of felony corruption of a minor, and three felony drug-related charges.

Elliott was arrested last Thursday and is in Barnes County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
