Driver for Red River Human Services Foundation Arrested for DUI While on the Job

A man was arrested for DUI and endangering a vulnerable adult after a crash Sunday afternoon in West Fargo.

Police say Washington Bowman of Fargo was driving a van for Red River Human Services Foundation on 13th Avenue south when he hit a truck, spun out of control, and attempted to flee the scene.

He then struck several garages, causing heavy damage to both the van and the garages.

He was transporting two residents of a group home at the time of the crash.

No injuries were reported.
