Kitchen fire at Moorhead high rise injures one
MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) – One person was treated for minor injuries following a kitchen fire at a high-rise apartment in Moorhead.
Firefighters were called to the fire at 800 2nd Ave. North at around 7:49 a.m. Friday.
Crews found that the fire on the 13th floor had been extinguished by the sprinkler system.
One resident was transported to a hospital for minor injuries.
The fire remains under investigation.
