Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins To Visit Fargo, Wheatland & Moorhead On Tuesday

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins is coming to North Dakota to hear directly from producers.

Rollins will participate in a roundtable discussion at NDSU on Tuesday morning.

She was invited by Sen. John Hoeven who serves as chairman of the Senate Agriculture Appropriations Committee.

Hoeven says they will talk with local agriculture producers, commodity groups, ag researchers and agri-businesses as work proceeds on the next farm bill.

Gov. Kelly Armstrong and Rep. Julie Fedorchak will also attend the event.

Rollins will also make a stop at Grand Farm in Wheaton for an agriculture technology demonstration and American Crystal Sugar in Moorhead.
