JAMESTOWN, N.D. (KVRR-KFGO) – After a series of crashes in the rain and wind on Monday on I-94, the North Dakota Highway Patrol is reminding people to slow down and drive without distractions in the inclement weather.

According to the Highway Patrol, while much of the state was receiving much-needed rain, a stretch of I-94 near Jamestown saw four crashes in three hours, including two jack-knifed semi’s.

Law enforcement reminds people of the importance of defensive driving and adjusting for weather conditions as they continue working towards their vision zero goal of eliminating deaths and serious injuries on North Dakota roads.
