Horace Teen Sentenced For Drunk Driving Crash Last Summer That Severely Injured Three Other Teens

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A Horace, North Dakota teen is sentenced to three years in prison for causing a crash that severely injured three other teen girls last summer.

19-year-old McKenzie Moser had entered an Alford plea to criminal vehicular injury in February.

That means she acknowledged that there would be enough evidence to convict her.

Moser was arrested June 13 and had a blood-alcohol level of .194 – over twice the legal limit for driving.

All four teens suffered head wounds.

Two of the girls suffered broken vertebrae, one had a broken leg and one had a lacerated spleen.

Moser was also involved in a hit-and-run before the crash in Fargo where officers found the front bumper and license plate to her car.
