Red Lake Man Found Guilty of Sexually Abusing Incapacitated Minor On Red Lake Reservation

FERGUS FALLS, Minn. (KVRR) — Clarence Clark, Jr. has been found guilty by a federal jury of two counts of sexually abusing a minor on Red Lake Indian Reservation.

Court documents and evidence presented at trial, reveal the 37-year-old sexually assaulted a minor who was physically incapacitated at a home in the early morning hours of March 1, 2024.

Another minor interrupted the assault and ran to a neighbor’s for help.

Clark was found intoxicated at the scene and was arrested by Red Lake Tribal Police.

The FBI helped with the investigation.
