FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Thousands of people remain without power but numerous crews are cutting into those numbers.

Otter Tail Power Company says around 2,500 customers are still without power in the northwest part of Jamestown.

Crews will continue to isolate damaged areas and restore power when possible.

Restoration in the Sheldon area is expected Monday evening.

They had power restored in Fergus Falls until another line of storms this morning caused new outages.

Otter Tail also has 55 lineworkers in Bemidji and it will take days there to get power restored.

Elsewhere, power has been restored to all customers in Valley City except for those where the service line has been pulled away from the home.

Cass County Electric reports 150 broken poles and nearly 3,800 members still without power.

Minnkota has restored power to the Arthur, Gardner, Page, and Grandin substations.

CCEC crews have also restored power to the towns of Hunter and Arthur, along with some surrounding areas.

They expect to have power restored this evening in Enderlin, Lisbon, and Fort Ransom with Pillsbury and Anselm on Monday.

Minnkota power crews are also working to restore power to a number of customers from western North Dakota to northwestern Minnesota.
