Moorhead’s newest sweet treat opens with grand opening

MOORHEAD, Minn. (KVRR) — Business is back in the old Moorhead Tastee Freez building with new owners and a new name.

The new Buddy’s Parfait had its grand opening this afternoon and it was pretty busy when we arrived.

Buddy’s offers the cool treats that many expect at an ice cream shop, but they also have hot meals like cheese burgers, chicken strips, and tacos in a bag.

As part of their opening day, customers had a chance to win a box of fireworks.

Buddy’s Parfait’s Grand Opening celebration runs until 9 p.m. tonight.
