Walk-in sports physicals available next week at Sanford Health Wests Fargo and Horace

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Sanford Health West Fargo and Horace are ready to help student-athletes get ready for the upcoming school year.

Sports physicals will be given on Monday from 4 to 7 at 1220 Sheyenne Street in West Fargo.

Athletes can make an appointment by calling the Sanford West Fargo Clinic at 701-234-4445.

And on Tuesday from 4 to 7 at 7951 Jacks Way in Horace.

Athletes can make an appointment by calling the Sanford Horace Clinic at 701-417-7231.

You can make an appointment or just walk-in.

Sports physicals will be offered for $50 and payment is due upon arrival.

Student-athletes are asked to bring their school physical form to their visit with parent portion completed and signed.

Student-athletes are required to get an annual sports physical when participating in school-sanctioned sports.
