Man ditches motorcycle along river and tries to hide from police in West Fargo

WEST FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Police in West Fargo tried to stop a man who was driving his motorcycle on a sidewalk near Main Avenue and Center Street just after midnight.

But, they say 41-year-old Scott Foss of Fargo fled and then dropped the motorcycle near the Sheyenne River and tried to hide in a wooded area.

Foss was found and arrested for fleeing by vehicle and on foot and criminal trespass.

The motorcycle was impounded.
