Fargo man accused of threatening to kill two kids during burglary investigation is arrested for terrorizing

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A Fargo man is charged with felony terrorizing of a child.

Police were called to investigate a possible burglary last night just before 8 o’clock and Andrew Barrett matched the description of the suspect.

According to court records, the homeowner declined to press charges and Barrett was released.

While he was walking away and yelling at officers he threatened to kill two kids, who reported him and he was arrested.

Barrett has already made his first court appearance with a preliminary hearing or arraignment set for September 24.
