FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — Former West Fargo Independence Elementary Principal David George has been sentenced to forty years in federal prison.
U.S. District Judge Peter Welte issued a sentence of forty years for count one, twenty years for counts two and three, and twenty years of supervised probation after release.
In May, George pleaded guilty to federal charges of taking a 10-year-old boy to South Dakota, molesting him, taking images of the abuse, and sharing them.
He was arrested in March 2024.
One of the victims and their parents spoke to George in court, calling him a predator and his actions horrific.
The victim believed George would cause more harm to him and his siblings.
