MAHNOMEN, Minn. (KVRR) — Country music singer and songwriter Phil Vassar is set to perform at Shooting Star Casino in Mahnomen.

He is set for a rare Saturday night concert on January 10.

Most shows at Shooting Star are on Friday nights.

Hear Vassar’s hits like “Just Another Day in Paradise” and “Carlene”.

He is also known for writing hits by others including “Bye, Bye”, “I’m Alright”, and “Right on the Money”.
