Nick Chase confirmed as U.S. Attorney for North Dakota

WASHINGTON, D.C. (KVRR) — The U.S. Senate confirms Nick Chase as U.S. Attorney for the District of North Dakota.

Senators John Hoeven and Kevin Cramer recommended Chase for the position earlier this year.

Chase was appointed by Governor Doug Burgum to serve as a North Dakota District Court Judge for the East Central Judicial District.

He also served 20 years in the U.S. Attorney’s office for the District of North Dakota, worked in private practice and as a federal judicial law clerk.
