Large law enforcement presence for narcotics-related traffic stop on Roberts Street in downtown Fargo
FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A large law enforcement presence was seen on Roberts Street in downtown Fargo between 1st and 2nd Avenues.
This video by KVRR was taken Tuesday night just before 9 p.m.
Fargo Police, North Dakota Highway Patrol and unmarked vehicles were on scene.
Officers could be seen going through numerous vehicles and some were wearing masks.
North Dakota Highway Patrol Captain Bryan Niewind told us “Our troopers are not involved in anything special downtown at this time.”
Fargo Police Sgt. Jerrod Wagner is confirming that law enforcement officers “conducted a narcotics-related traffic stop in the 100 block of Roberts Street North.” The investigation is ongoing.
