Search underway and Feather Alert issued for missing Fort Totten, ND woman

FORT TOTTEN, N.D. (KVRR) — The search is on for a missing Native American woman who was lost spotted near Fort Totten, North Dakota.

A Feather Alert was issued last night for 20-year-old Danica “Tynee” White of Fort Totten.

She was last seen Saturday morning around 6 on foot.

An extensive search is underway for her and Spirit Lake people are being asked to check their properties.

Hunters are also being warned to watch for searchers out in fluorescent vests and other identifying gear.

White is 5’6″, 125 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.

Last known wearing blue jeans, black hoodie with pink  and purple jellyfish designs on the back and logo front left shoulder.

Grey ball cap, grey low top Nikes with white logo.

She has a tattoo of the number 31 on her left forearm.
