Man arrested after police search in south Fargo neighborhood

FARGO (KVRR-KFGO) – A Fargo man who ran from officers and sparked a police search in the Bennett Elementary School of south Fargo Sunday night is in the Cass County jail.

Around 11:30 p.m., officers were called to the 5900 block of 24th Street S. for a report of a domestic dispute. Fargo Police say investigators learned that Alvin Logan, 27, ran at the female with a sharp object and threatened her. He then ran from officers.

Officers set up a perimeter and conducted a search using a police K-9 and a Cass County Sheriff’s Office drone. The drone detected Logan and he ran again before officers caught him.

Logan is facing charges of terrorizing and refusal to halt.
