Community meeting Monday for Level 3 sex offender moving to rural Ottertail

OTTERTAIL, Minn. (KVRR-KFGO) – The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public about a level 3 sex offender living in the county.

Gregory Keppers, 35, will be living in rural Ottertail as of Monday, Nov. 10.

A community notification meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday at the Otter Tail County Operations Center located at 469 Main St. W. in Ottertail. Representatives from the Department of Corrections and the Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office will be available to answer questions or address concerns.

Keppers has a history of sexual contact with teenage girls that he knows. Force was used in at least one offense. Keppers also has a history of approaching unknown teen girls in public and soliciting sexual contact.

Keppers has served his sentence and is not wanted by law enforcement.
