Fargo murder suspect arrested in Minneapolis

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The man wanted in an August fatal shooting in downtown Fargo is arrested.
Tyrque Jones, 20, of Fargo, was arrested in Minneapolis.
In early August, 19-year-old Azeem Holmes, of Fargo, was killed in a shooting in the 50 block of Broadway North outside of District 64.
Since then, Fargo Police have been searching for Jones with an arrest warrant for the murder of Holmes.
According to Fargo Police, the arrest was made by the U.S. Marshals Service North Star Task Force based in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota.
The Fargo Police Department will hold a press conference at 3:30 p.m. at FPD Headquarters.
