Alert canceled for Moorhead man, found safe
MOORHEAD (KVRRKFGO) – The search is over for a missing Moorhead man, who hadn’t been seen since early October.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension says 78-year-old Earl Sweet has been found safe and the missing person alert has been canceled.
On November 7, Moorhead police had asked the public’s help in finding Sweet. At the time, police said he may be near Fort Worth, Texas. Sweet was last seen walking on 3rd Avenue North in Moorhead.
