FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A downtown Fargo coffee shop has a message for Immigration and Customs Enforcement: they are not welcome at their business.

Atomic Coffee at 222 North Broadway has a sign posted on the door that says “Everyone is welcome here except I.C.E.”

The sign goes on to say they have a right to deny I.C.E. access to private areas without a judicial warrant.

They also say they assert their Constitutional rights, which apply to everyone in this country regardless of immigration status, in this establishment.

In a social media post they wrote that they wondered if this is “what it felt like in Nazi Germany”.

We reached out to management who declined to comment.
