West Fargo Events hosts ‘Snow Much Fun’ with snow sculptures

WEST FARGO, N.D. — West Fargo Events hosts “Snow Much Fun” at POW/MIA Plaza with some out of this world snow sculptures.

The event featured “Out of this world” alien themed snow sculptures crafted by the Snow Sculpting Team of North Dakota.

The four sculptures began as blocks of snow and were carved into shape.

In addition to viewing the finished sculptures, the event also included free hot chocolate and take-home crafts.

“The North Dakota sculpting team came out here about two weeks ago. Made snow. They were here through the cold weather we had these last couple of weeks. They were building these snow sculptures and they did a fantastic job. This gives the community a little time to come out and just check out this amazing artwork they did. They worked very hard on it and props to them for that,” said Nicholas Mortenson with West Fargo Events.

The snow sculptures will be on display until the end of February.
