UPDATE: Fargo man arrested for murder of Isadora Wengel

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — A 21-year-old Fargo man is arrested for the murder of a West Fargo woman who has been missing for nearly a month and a half.
Fargo Police and Metro Street Crimes Unit this afternoon arrested Joshua Hite for the murder of 25-year-old Isadora Wengel.
In a release, they say probable cause was established based on the evidence and information collected by officers.
Hite was arrested outside of his apartment without incident and is also accused of tampering with evidence.
Wengel was last seen by her father on New Year’s Eve near the 900 block of 3 1/2 Avenue East in West Fargo.
She wasn’t reported missing until January 7.
A multi-agency investigation included searches of a south Fargo apartment two days later along with the city landfill.
They also asked people in southwest Otter Tail County to check their security cameras for video showing a Subaru Impreza with North Dakota license plates.
A news conference will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
