Parking restrictions to be put in place downtown for St. Patrick’s Day Parade

FARGO — The Fargo Police Department is reminding people that there will be parking restrictions in place in downtown for the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.
No parking will be allowed along the parade route from 6 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, March 14. Any vehicles parked in these areas after 6 a.m. will be towed at the owner’s expense. Street closures along the parade route prohibiting vehicle traffic will begin around 9 a.m.
Signs will be placed along the parade route where parking will be temporarily prohibited.
The following areas will have prohibited parking:
- NP Avenue – From the Red River to Broadway
- Broadway – From NP Avenue to Fourth Avenue North
- Fourth Avenue N. – From Broadway to Second Street North
Parade-goers are being encouraged to use The City of Fargo Parking Ramps or surface lots.
