High-Risk Sex Offender Registers at 3110 39th St. S. in Fargo

FARGO, N.D. (KVRR) — The Fargo Police Department is notifying the public that a registered sex offender, Robert Michael Williamson, 37,  registered his address at 3110 39th St. S. in Fargo.

Williamson is described as being 6’3” tall, weighing 270 lbs., with blue eyes, and red hair. 

He was assessed as a high risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. He is a lifetime registrant.

In 2018, Williamson was convicted of Luring a Minor by Computer and Gross Sexual Imposition in Burleigh County District Court in North Dakota. The victim was a 14-year-old female.
