Second Suspect Charged in Moorhead Homicide

Charges are filed against a second suspect in a Moorhead homicide.

21-year-old Anthony Rodriguez now faces a second-degree murder charge.

He was arrested Wednesday afternoon in south Fargo.

Police say Rodriguez and his brother, 16 year old Zachary St. Claire, killed 55 year old Brad Carrington.

His body was found in a pool of his own blood on Sunday in his mobile home at Mobile Manor Mobile Home Park in north Moorhead.

Police say St. Claire initially told them that he hit and kicked Carrington because he had molested him for years.

In a follow up interview, St. Claire told investigators that it was Rodriguez who killed Carrington.

St. Claire is charged with first-degree, premeditated murder.
