High-Risk Sex Offender Registers at 214 23rd St. S. in Fargo

FARGO — The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Terry Lee Kern, registered at 214 23rd St. S. in Fargo.

Kern, 66, was assessed as a high risk offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee after he was convicted in Cass County District Court for gross sexual imposition. The victim was an adult woman.

Kern is described as being 5 feet, 8 inches tall, with brown eyes. He is a lifetime registrant.
