Three businesses move into old Fargo Brewing Company, now call ‘The Shop’

FARGO — Fargo Brewing Company’s old building is getting new life with “The Shop”.
The building is housing three new businesses: Brunos Coffee, Sign Badgers, and a co-working space for people working away from the office.
People looking for a quiet place to work remotely can rent desk space from The Shop for as little as $180 per month.
The new building owners say they hope the new businesses will compliment each other.
The newly renovated building was originally constructed in 1941 and has seen a lot of changes over the years.
“This building has always made things. In its 80 years of history, its made tractors, its made farm implements, its made parts for Polaris snowmobiles. Now it’s making coffee and its making signs, and its hopefully making some dreams come true in the co-working space,” said building owner Dawson Schefter.
Schefter says they had to pay people to take Fargo Brewing Company’s old fermentation tanks off of their hands.
