Grand Forks Man Arrested After Authorities Find Explosives
A Grand Forks man is behind bars after explosives are found in an apartment.
32–year–old Jeffrey Cutter faces charges of reckless endangerment and possession of prohibited explosives.
Police responded to an apartment on 17th Street South around 5:30 Saturday morning after reports of a gun going off.
Inside, they found several suspicious items and called the bomb squad, which determined they were explosive in nature.
No one was hurt in the incident. Charges are pending.
