Two Businesses Being Banned in North Dakota

Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem has ordered two companies to stop doing business in North Dakota.

Stenehjem has issued cease-and-desist orders against Scott Ashby, doing business as Western Waterworks, and against Bradly Timian, doing business as BT Roofing & Remodeling.

Stenehjem says his office received complaints about both companies taking money for jobs and not following through.
