Fargo Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Co-Worker

A Fargo man faces four felony charges after allegedly sexually assaulting a female co-worker at his home.

24-year-old Michael Truelove is charged with gross sexual imposition, terrorizing, aggravated assault and interfering with an emergency call.

Police say Truelove emerged from the bathroom naked and sexually assaulted the woman as she screamed for help.

He also hung up her phone when she tried to call 9-1-1.

He’ll be back in court in November.
