Will Bismarck Get a Bike Share Program?

The co-founder of a Fargo bike-share system thinks a similar operation could benefit Bismarck.

Great Rides Bike Share co-founder Cam Knutson will talk at the North Dakota Downtown Conference in Bismarck on Oct. 21 about the Fargo program.

He says he’ll gauge whether there’s interest in a Bismarck bike-share program, and he and others would help guide its creation.

The program in Fargo reached 100,000 rides during its first year.

Bismarck’s mayor says he would support the program in the capital city.
