Devils Lake Bringing in Million Dollar Travel Center

Farmers Union Oil is investing more than $8 million in a new gas station and travel center in Devils Lake.

The CEO hopes to attract some Bakken-bound drivers.

He believes too many truckers drive through Devils Lake without stopping.

The facility will feature 10 diesel islands, 12 gasoline islands and a trucker’s lounge with showers.

The travel center is expected to open in April or May.
