Trial Delayed in Grand Forks Drug Case
The trial has been pushed back for an Oregon man accused of supplying a synthetic drug that led to several drug overdoses in North Dakota.
Authorities say 40-year-old Brandon Hubbard sold the synthetic drug that killed 18-year-old Bailey Henke and 19 year old Evan Poitra, both of Grand Forks.
Hubbard has pleaded not guilty in federal court to several charges.
The defense attorney asked for the delay because the case is complicated and the evidence is being gathered from throughout the United States and Canada.
