Minnesota Man Arrested for Rape at 1990’s West Otter Tail County Fair

A Wabasha, Minnesota man is arrested for a decades old rape.

59-year-old Timothy Solum was arrested last week on a warrant that was issued in 1991.

Solum is accused of raping a girl while he was working at the West Otter Tail County Fair in 1990.

He is free on $50,000 bond after making an initial appearance in Otter Tail County District Court.
