Mapleton Father Arrested After ATV Rollover Accident with Son

A man is arrested after rolling his ATV northeast of Mapleton.

Adam Pogreba, 38, was arrested for DUI while accompanied by a minor and DUI test refusal.

Authorities say Pogreba and his 9-year-old son were on the ATV when it rolled eight to 10 times around 7:30 last night.

They were taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries before Pogreba was arrested.
