Hotel Hot Tub Linked To Legionnaire’s Disease Reopens
Three people became sick between last July and January

CASSELTON, ND — A hot tub at the Days Inn in Casselton where three people are believed to have contracted Legionnaire’s disease has been reopened for public use.
The people became sick between last July and January.
Legionnaire’s is a type of pneumonia caused by the Legionella bacteria.
The North Dakota Health Department says the hot tub was “thoroughly sanitized” and recent tests indicated no bacterial problems.
Testing will be ongoing.
