Former Fargo Firefighter Pleads Guilty to Child Porn Charges

A former Fargo and Duluth firefighter changes his plea to guilty to child porn charges, avoiding a trial.

Caleb Lofald admitted in U.S. District Court that he created pornography with a 4-month-old girl he was babysitting.

The 33-year-old Lofald created 12 photos with the girl in 2013.

He faces between 15 and 30 years in prison.

Lofald was fired by the Duluth Fire Department in February.
