Artist Spruces Up Fargo’s Meadowlark Building

A local artist is brightening up a downtown Fargo building.

The former KRJ Building now called the Meadowlark will showcase two large yellow birds.

The artist Steve Knutson was commissioned by Jon Wanzek who owns the building.

These paintings have been in the works for about six months.

Knutson will be painting a prairie rose on the building next door.

That project starts on Monday.
