The metro’s law enforcement wants you to get to know your neighbors.

Night to Unite is back for the 7th year to bring police and people in the community together.

The event being held in Moorhead this year has a new surprise.

If you register a party by next Wednesday on the Moorhead Police Department website, you could be the winner of a $250 Sam’s Club gift card.

Not only is this a fun event, but it’s also a way to share your concerns with police.

Moorhead Chief of Police David Ebinger said, “Our crime problem in the community, things are changing and it’s a good opportunity to address some of the fears, address some of the concerns people have and give them real information so we look forward to that.”

Night to Unite takes place Tuesday August 4th in a number of communities.
